We know exactly what you are thinking and we are trying to keep a straight face whilst writing this, but what on earth has Paris Hilton got to do with bolts of lightning ………..but then again come to think of it  this just could be one of her many new ventures!

Strangely enough this is not a new music, film or even fashion venture, no its none of those, Paris Hilton has won an online poll award. Now normally when people are told they have won an award they jump up and down with excitement and give one of those famous blubbery acceptance speeches saying thankyou to everyone including the carpet and their dog and pet goldfish, but we think not in this case. Apparently a poll was carried out with the British Public by Filmon.tv in response to the question to “Who is the celebrity you would most like to see struck by lightning”, a whopping 61% named Paris Hilton as their favourite, Jodie Marsh was second and    Cristiano Ronaldo came in third. Names like Lily Allen and Victoria Beckham were in the top 10 finalist list along with Kerry Katona but they just couldn’t compete with Paris Hilton who wins the “Lightning Gong”…….without question!

Here’s a bizarre headline, we really have heard it all now. Paris Hilton, the celebrity media darling, that knows how to put rings around the media, how to get media attention at the flick of a switch, how to get herself in the headlines with very little effort, who has the paparazzi chasing her morning noon and night, makes sure she gets every red carpet invite for even more exposure, has friends in all the right places…………. has been accussed of not creating enough hype?!!

Apparently she’s being fined for it as well. Unbelievable!

Paris Hilton caught weaving! Now this has had us scratching our heads especially as the police were involved, so we went straight to dictionary.com to get a definition of what “weaving” is.

Weaving:

Now using this definition this means Paris Hilton who is Miss Designer Label bar none, has either started making her own clothes? or she has entered the basket weaving industry??. She is full of surprises but we  just can’t see this at all, so how about dictionary defintion No2 for weaving is:

to move or proceed in a winding course or from side to side: dancers weaving in time to the music.   This could be a possibility but why were the police involved? Probably not the right sort of weaving either so how about definition No3:

to direct or move along in a winding or zigzag course; move from side to side, esp. to avoid obstructions: to weave one’s way through traffic.

Now this sounds a bit more like it, will the headline below bear this out:
