The item in question that is causing all the fuss, is some Kate Moss hair extensions, yes the secret is out she does use them. These were put on ebay by a photographer that managed to get hold of them after Kate mislaid the extensions in Berlin after trying to avoid the paps,…………………  for £637 !.
